I'm generally not a big fan of pizzas; I often find most doughs too thick and heavy, which usually leads to me leaving the crusts behind and feeling a bit guilty about the waste. However, these sourdough pizzas were a real game-changer! They were (still) quite thick but felt light and crispy, and I didn't feel uncomfortably full after just a few slices. In fact, I considered ordering a second one! So far, I've only tried two types – the ham, and the mushroom & truffle pizzas – and both were absolutely bursting with flavour... simply delicious! The service here is warm and friendly, and the beer garden is a fantastic spot to unwind and soak in the more tranquil hills of Barcelona. I'll definitely be back for more, Tony!

Outstanding. We stopped here for a pizza, focaccia sandwich and a coffee before boarding the train back to Gràcia. The pizza base was unreal, my wife even said it's the best pizza she has ever had. The focaccia base was soft in the middle, crunchy at the crusts and the freshly picked toppings were so punchy. The focaccia sandwich was brilliant too. There is a lovely outdoor terrace, with fresh herbs growing, and plenty of tables. Tony was welcoming and happy to have a chat with us. We'll be back soon, but next time, we'll stop for a beer too. Note: You can easily get here from Barcelona using the S1 or S2 train service. It's right outside the Peu del Funicular station.

What a great place! My friends took me there Sunday morning and Tony prepared us some mean Bloody Marie's and the best Salmon Bagels I've had on this side of the pond. He's a New Yorker and you can tell - terrific guy with a big heart and an easy smile. Highly recommend!
